The rooms were spacious but outdated, and unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed by the noisy roommate. However, the room had plenty of space for two queen beds. The service was mixed, with friendly staff but some inefficiencies. The location was lovely with a great outdoor area but had some noise during the night. The dining experience was adequate with a nice variety of food. Overall, the facilities were acceptable.
The hotel was clean, but the rooms were nothing special. Despite being hours away from home, we tried to make it work. The service was friendly overall, but there were some concerning incidents. The location was great for exploring Silicon Valley and Old Town. The dining options were basic.
My stay at the hotel was both pleasant and slightly disappointing. The location was excellent, providing a nice oasis in Los Gatos, with spacious and nicely appointed areas. However, the rooms could have been aired out better, as they seemed to have a strong chemical smell. The service was professional and friendly, though one front desk clerk seemed a bit clueless. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast hours were a bit inconvenient. Overall, a nice place with some room for improvement.
